Impact Advisors Promotes Susan Stewart to Vice President

CHICAGO (August 12, 2020) — Impact Advisors, a leading provider of strategy, performance excellence, revenue cycle management, ERP, implementation, and technology consulting services to the healthcare industry, announced Susan Stewart has been promoted to vice president. In her new role, she will be responsible for overall quality of delivery for assigned clients and engagements.

In her new role as vice president, Stewart will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, focusing on client engagement and delivery. She will work with Impact associates to maximize client project successes and relationships. Stewart also will help define scope and develop proposals for clients and work closely with relationship managers and assist with strategic account planning.

Stewart joined Impact Advisors in 2016 as a principal at the firm and has since served in various leadership roles to assist clients with solving complex business challenges. She has more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience within the healthcare IT industry, with special focus on merger and acquisition integration, enterprise IT transformation, and leading and developing EHR implementations. While at Impact, she led a multiyear, multimillion-dollar IT and operational integration program that successfully migrated five newly acquired community hospitals.

Stewart is a member of HIMSS and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals both inside and outside Impact Advisors.
